Why Women on Wheels?

We are a Community cycling hub for women. It is a service designed and led by women, delivering a range of cycling activities to get women back on a bike, or on to a bike for the first time, and to nurture the peer support and community connectedness that is helping women to keep cycling.

Our women's cycling hub is providing ongoing support and generating more opportunities for women and their families to get engaged with cycling and reap the benefits.

Women on Wheels empowers and enables women to overcome their barriers to taking up cycling - for transport, to improve their physical and mental health, and most importantly, for the pure joy of it.

Vacancies:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to postpone the recruitment of a Teens Activities Coordinator.

The Women and Families Programmes are both well established and we are now looking to launch a Teen Programme to work with young women and girls. As the Teens Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating, launching and coordinating the Teen Programme.

The Teen Activities Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and delivering an inspiring cycling package to young women/girls from our Hub in Govanhill, Glasgow.
